We are a Las Vegas, Nevada LLC. 3. As a collective we have better chance of getting your Videos seen by search engines. 4. You get paid just for being a member of the collective. 50% of the profits will be paid to the members each 1/4. 20% will be paid to the members equally each 1/4. 30% will be divided into the pool of posters according to the views their videos receive. Just like on the poker final-table when we chop and do chip count, that is how we will handle the distribution of the 30% of profits. Members of the collective will not be billed for any hosting services or operating expenses. The funds will be paid out in the form of Profit Sharing from the LLC. you will be responsible for any taxes due. Nevada doesn't have income tax or taxes on the LLC.
